Talks of Childbirth

Questions questions questions...

The other day, i was having a conversation with my long time online male friend *Nicky*, who's single, desperately available..
Allergic to marriage commitment, he's just interested in having kids.
[don't ask me why, i haven't figured out the reason either]

We usually talk about anything under the sun and since we know each other for the longest time, you can expect there's no restriction of topic or language whatsoever.

With me being heavily pregnant, naturally our topic fell into the "Childbirth" topic.

Nicky : Due date's nearing, are you nervous bout giving birth?
Lexmum : Not for now, but hubby's gonna be with me in labour room..so i've got a guaranteed extra pillar of strength :)

Nicky : Har?? He's not gonna wait outside?
Lexmum : why should he? the hospital allow husbands to accompany their wives in labour room.

Nicky : in future, if my wife's in labour..i will WAIT outside
Lexmum : wah lao weh.. but why? you don't wanna witness your baby coming into the world?

Nicky : scared next time i dont dare to "F" her
Lexmum : muahahahahahaha..

Nicky : some people really lost their interest in sex you know..
Lexmum : until that cham meh??

Nicky : um..after they've seen the bloody vagina
Lexmum : but if you love the person, takkan you'll feel disgusted by that?? Moreover, she's sacrificing her vagina to give birth to your baby leh!

Nicky : I'm afraid of bloody things lar
Lexmum : including bloody vagina? then what if your future wife's a virgin?

Lexmum : don't tell me you'll abstain from making love to her forever?

Nicky : that one is different story.
Lexmum : Wah lao, you're a damn selfish male chauvinist la.

Nicky : Hahahaha..

Thus the abrupt end of our conversation..
Haiz, but seriously..somebody please tell me not ALL males have that kind of thinking!

At least LexDad readily agreed to go for father friendly class, to accompany me when I'm in active labour.

Anyway, i showed him the following Youtube video.

Natural Vaginal Birth with episiotomy

After watching the documentation, he told me he will still be there to give me his full support. But if he "pengsan" while I'm giving birth...please don't tell anyone.

Anyone else have their husbands beside them while in labour? mind to share your experience with me?
